Wirrulla is a small town situated in the grain belt region of Australia's Eyre Peninsula. It is located approximately 60 km from Streaky Bay in South Australia.
The town serves as a central hub for numerous surrounding agricultural districts, characterized by several silos used for storing grain produced in the area. The name Wirrulla originates from an Aboriginal word that translates to "to make haste" or "to be quick."
