Villa Gobernador Gálvez is a city located in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. It is situated on the western ravine of the Paraná River within the metropolitan area of Greater Rosario. The city is geographically separated from the city of Rosario to its north by the Saladillo Stream.
As of the 2001 census, Villa Gobernador Gálvez had a population of 74,509 inhabitants. It ranks as the fourth most populated city in the province of Santa Fe and is the second most populous city within the Greater Rosario metropolitan area.
