Burzaco is a city located in the Almirante Brown Partido of the Buenos Aires Province in Argentina. It covers an area of 22.77 km² and has a population of 98,859 residents. The city is situated approximately 27 kilometres from the city of Buenos Aires and is connected to it via the Ferrocarril General Roca South railway line.
While the region contained farms as early as the end of the 18th century, Burzaco was officially established as a town shortly after the arrival of the railway in 1865. The city is notable for hosting the country's first National Flag monument, which is located in its main square.
