Mucusso is a municipality located in the Cuando Province of Angola. Before administrative division reforms were implemented in 2024, it functioned as a commune within the municipality of Dirico in the province of Cuando Cubango.
The region is situated less than 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) from the border with the Caprivi Strip of Namibia. As of 2014, the area covered approximately 5,910 square kilometers (2,280 square miles) and had a population of 3,602 people.
