Lupire is a commune located in the municipality of Cuito Cuanavale within the Cuando Province of southeast Angola. It serves as a rural administrative division in the region.
As of 2014, the commune had a population of approximately 1,600 people. It covers a total land area of 6,050 square kilometres (2,340 square miles).
