Luiana is a municipality located in the Cuando Province in southeast Angola. Before the administrative division reforms of 2024, it was classified as a commune within the municipality of Rivungo in the province of Cuando Cubango.
As of 2014, the area had a population of 8,010 people living across a total land area of 12,700 square kilometres (approximately 4,900 square miles).
