Vissati is a commune located in the Cubango Province of Angola. Following administrative reforms in 2024, it became part of the municipality of Cutato. Prior to these changes, the commune was situated within the municipality of Cuchi in the province of Cuando Cubango.
The commune covers an area of approximately 910 square kilometres (350 sq mi). As of 2014, Vissati had a recorded population of 3,971 people.
