Kilamba is a planned urban development located approximately 30 kilometres south of Luanda, Angola. It serves as the administrative center for the Belas Municipality within the Luanda Province.
The city was constructed by the China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC) as part of a government housing program. The project was financed through a loan agreement between the governments of Angola and China.
