Quibala is a town and municipality located in the Cuanza Sul province of Angola. The town itself has a population of 27,128, while the broader municipality covers an area of 10,300 km² with a total population of 142,057.
The municipality is situated among several neighboring regions, bordered by the city of Calulo to the north and the town of Waku-Kungo to the east. To the south, it borders the municipality of Ebo, while its western boundaries are shared with the municipalities of Gabela and Porto Amboim.
