Zaritap is a village located within the Vayk Municipality of the Vayots Dzor Province in Armenia. The settlement has historical ties to Soviet political history, having been renamed for a period of time to honor Meshadi Azizbekov, an early Bolshevik and one of the 26 Baku Commissars.
