Kajaran is a town situated in southern Armenia. It serves as the administrative center of the Kajaran Municipality within the Syunik Province.
The town is located approximately 356 km south of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Geographically, it lies 25 km west of the provincial center, Kapan, and 50 km north of the border with Iran.
