Metsadzor is a village located within the Metsadzor Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province in Armenia. The settlement serves as a primary residential area for the local population, which is predominantly composed of Yezidis.
The name Metsadzor translates to "waterless" in Kurdish. Despite this etymological meaning, the village remains a distinct community within the Armenian highland region.
