Arevut is a village located within the Arevut Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province in Armenia. Historically, the settlement has undergone several name changes; it was known as Duzkend until 1935 and was referred to as Barozh until 2006.
The town is primarily populated by members of the Yazidi community. It serves as a local residential center within its respective province.
