Alagyaz is a village that serves as the administrative center of the Alagyaz Municipality, located in the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia. It is situated along the Aparan-Spitak highway.
The community is primarily inhabited by Yazidi Kurds. While it functions as a municipal center, its geographical position provides a point of transit between key regional routes.
