Vurgu i Ri is a village located in the southern region of Albania within Vlorë County. It serves as a rural settlement situated in the coastal province of the country.
Following the 2015 local government reform, the village was officially integrated into the municipality of Finiq. This administrative change established its current governance structure within the regional district.
