Terihat is a village located in the Gjirokastër County region of southern Albania. It serves as a rural settlement within the country's administrative landscape.
Following the 2015 local government reform, Terihat was officially incorporated into the municipality of Dropull. This administrative change integrated the village into the larger municipal structure of the southern Albanian territory.
