Qesarat is a village and former municipality located in the Gjirokastër County in southern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was established as a subdivision of the Memaliaj municipality.
The municipal unit associated with Qesarat includes several surrounding villages, specifically Iliras, Amanikaj, Toç, Anëvjosë, Koshtan, and Kamçisht. According to the 2011 census, the population of the village was 1,379.
