Kalcat is a village located in southern Albania within the Vlorë County region. It was formerly part of the commune of Livadhe before administrative changes were implemented.
Following the 2015 local government reform, Kalcat became a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. The area serves as a rural settlement in the southern portion of the country.
