Kakodhiq is a village located in the Vlorë County region of southern Albania. It serves as a rural settlement within the country's coastal administrative landscape.
Following the 2015 local government reform, Kakodhiq was officially incorporated into the municipality of Delvinë. This administrative change integrated the village into the broader governance structure of the Delvinë district.
