Grapsh is a village located in the Gjirokastër County region of southern Albania. It serves as a rural settlement within this administrative district.
Following the 2015 local government reform, Grapsh was integrated into the municipality of Dropull. This transition established its current administrative status within the regional governance structure of Albania.
