Xarrë is a village and former municipality located in the Vlorë County of southern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was designated as a subdivision of the Konispol municipality.
The municipal unit of Xarrë comprises the villages of Xarrë, Mursi, Shkallë, and Vrinë. According to the 2011 census, the population of the area was 4,263 residents.
