Horë-Vranisht is a village and former municipality located in southwestern Albania within the Vlorë County. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was established as a subdivision of the municipality Himarë.
The municipal unit comprises several villages, including Vranisht, Kuç, Bolenë, Kallarat, and Tërbaç. According to the 2011 census, the total population of the area was 2,080 residents.
