Vllahinë is a village and former municipality located in the Vlorë County of southwestern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was established as a subdivision of the municipality Selenicë.
The municipal unit of Vllahinë comprises several villages, including Kocul, Mërtiraj, Rexhepaj, Hadëraj, Mallkeq, Gërnec, Petë, Kropisht, Vezhdanisht, Peshkëpi, and Penkovë. According to the 2011 census, the population of the area was 3,111.
