Novoselë is a village and former municipality located in the Vlorë County of southwestern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was established as a subdivision of the municipality of Vlorë.
The population of the village was recorded at 8,209 during the 2011 census. Historically, the area featured a railway station, which remained in operation until its closure in 1997.
