Markat is a village and former municipality located in the Vlorë County of southern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was redesignated as a subdivision of the Konispol municipality.
The municipal unit comprises several villages, including Dishat, Vërvë, Shalës, Markat, Ninat, and Janjar. According to the 2011 census, the population of the area was 1,859 residents, all of whom are identified as Muslim Cham Albanians.
