Dhivër is a village and former municipality located in the Vlorë County of southern Albania. Following the local government reform of 2015, it was established as a subdivision of the municipality Finiq.
According to the 2011 census, the population of Dhivër was 1,396 residents. The area serves as a rural community within the administrative framework of the Vlorë region.
