Delvinë is a town and municipality located in the Vlorë County of southern Albania. It is situated approximately 16 kilometres northeast of the city of Sarandë.
The current administrative structure was established during the 2015 local government reform, which merged the former municipalities of Delvinë and Vergo into a single municipality. The town of Delvinë serves as the seat of this municipality. According to the 2023 census, the population of the municipal unit of Delvinë was 4,952, while the total population for the entire municipality was 6,166.
