Aliko is a village and former commune located in the Vlorë County region of southern Albania. It serves as a rural settlement within the country's coastal administrative framework.
Following the 2015 local government reform, Aliko was reorganized as a subdivision of the municipality of Finiq. This transition integrated the village into the larger municipal administrative structure of the region.
