Sinaballaj is a village and administrative unit located in the central plains of Albania's Western Lowlands region. It currently serves as a subdivision within the municipality of Rrogozhinë, following the local government reform of 2015.
Historically, Sinaballaj functioned as a rural municipality before its current administrative status. According to the 2011 census, the village had a population of 1,191 residents.
