Helmas is a village located in the central plains of Albania's Western Lowlands region. It is situated within Tirana County.
Following the 2015 local government reform, Helmas transitioned from being a rural municipality to a subdivision of the municipality of Kavajë. According to the 2011 census, the village had a population of 3,139 residents.
