Velipojë is a village and former municipality located in northwestern Albania within the Shkodër County. Following the 2015 local government reform, it transitioned into a subdivision of the larger municipality of Shkodër.
According to the 2011 census, the population of Velipojë was 5,031 residents. The area serves as a recognized administrative and residential locality in the region.
