Hajmel is a village and former municipality located in northwestern Albania within the Shkodër County. It is situated in the Zadrimë region and serves as a local community with a recorded population of 4,430 during the 2011 census.
Following the 2015 local government reform, Hajmel transitioned from an independent municipality to a subdivision of the municipality Vau i Dejës. The area remains a recognized administrative and geographical entity within the Shkodër County region.
