Ngraçan is a village and former municipality located in the Fier County of southwestern Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was designated as a subdivision of the municipality Mallakastër.
According to the 2011 census, the population of Ngraçan was 588 residents. The area serves as a rural locality within the administrative framework of the region.
