Kolonjë is a municipality located in the Korçë County of southeastern Albania. It serves as an ethnographic region and covers a total area of 865 km2 (334 sq mi). The seat of the municipality is the town of Ersekë.
The current administrative boundaries were established in 2015 through the merger of eight former municipalities: Barmash, Çlirim, Ersekë, Leskovik, Mollas, Novoselë, Qendër Ersekë, and Qendër Leskovik. As of recent data, the total population of the municipality is 11,070.
