Kajan is a village and former municipality located in the Elbasan County of central Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was designated as a subdivision of the municipality Belsh.
The municipal unit associated with Kajan comprises several villages, including Dragot-Fushë, Lisaj, Dragot, Gjinuk, Gjolene, Turbull, Çestije, Merhoj, and Idriz. According to the 2011 census, the population of Kajan was 3,925.
