Grekan is a village and former municipality located in central Albania within Elbasan County. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was established as a subdivision of the municipality Belsh.
The municipal unit of Grekan consists of four villages: Deshiran, Grekan, Guras, and Rrenes. According to the 2011 census, the total population of the area was 3,138 residents.
