Gracen is a village and a former municipality located in central Albania within the Elbasan County. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was established as a subdivision of the larger municipality of Elbasan.
The municipal unit associated with Gracen includes several surrounding villages, specifically Plangaricë, Tërbaç, Bodin, Shingjin, Gjormë, Pajengë, Mamli, and Dopaj. According to the 2011 census, the population of Gracen was recorded at 2,192 residents.
