Belsh is a municipality located in central Albania within Elbasan County. It serves as the administrative seat for the municipality, which encompasses several distinct administrative units including Fierzë, Grekan, Kajan, and Rrasë.
According to estimates from the 2011 census conducted by the Institute of Statistics, the town of Belsh had a population of 8,781 residents. The broader Belsh Municipality recorded a total population of 19,503 people during the same period.
