Velabisht is a village and former municipality situated in the Berat County of central Albania. Following the 2015 local government reform, it was established as a subdivision of the municipality of Berat.
According to data from the 2011 census, the village had a population of 8,453 residents. A notable historical landmark located within the village is an old Ottoman bridge.
