Bellevue Heights is a suburb located within the City of Mitcham local government area in South Australia. The area was originally established as rural property, known first as "Windsor Farm" and subsequently as "Sturtbrae" during the period it was owned by the family of W. G. Mills.

The suburb was named after Bellevue in Sydney by the developer Murray Hill. It serves as a residential area within the Mitcham district.
