Bolans is a city located in Saint Mary on the island of Antigua and Barbuda. Situated south of Jennings on Valley Road, it serves as the primary economic center for the Saint Mary region. The community was historically agrarian but has since transitioned into one of the largest tourist destinations in the country, particularly within the Jolly Harbour neighborhood.

As of 2011, Bolans had a population of 2,053 people, making it the third-largest settlement in Antigua and Barbuda, following All Saints and St. John's. Geographically, the settlement is bordered by Jennings and Ebenezer to the northeast and Ffryes to the south.
