Puli Khumri, also referred to as Pul-i-Khumri or Pol-e Khomri, is a city located in northern Afghanistan. It serves as the capital of Baghlan Province and falls within the jurisdiction of the Puli Khumri District.
The city has an estimated population of 230,112 people. The current mayor of Puli Khumri is Maulvi Abdul Latif Mazlom, who succeeded his predecessor, Maulvi Mohammad Anwar Mustaqeem.
