Ab-e Kamari

Ab Kamari is a district located in the western region of Badghis Province in Afghanistan. The administrative center of the district is Sang Atesh, which serves as its capital. Other notable localities within the district include Ab Khuda'i, Alkhan, Anjir, Duzdanak, Gana Gul, Khalifa, and Papal.

The district is characterized by a population that was estimated at 36,300 in 2002, with an ethnic makeup of approximately 100% Hazara. Ab Kamari is primarily known for its pistachio forests.
