Dubai Festival City (DFC), also known as Al Kheeran, is a large-scale mixed-use waterfront development located on the eastern bank of Dubai Creek in the Dubai region of the United Arab Emirates. Developed by Al-Futtaim Real Estate, the project covers an expansive area of 5.2 million square metres.
The development functions as a self-contained "city-within-a-city." It is designed to provide a variety of integrated services and amenities within its waterfront setting along the creek.
