Business Bay is a central business district located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated immediately south of Downtown Dubai, the project occupies an area where the Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended.
The development features upwards of 240 buildings consisting of both commercial and residential properties. While the infrastructure for Business Bay was completed in 2008, the construction of the entire development was expected to be finished between 2012 and 2015.
